myfs_140594
Dear Master Lee, I'm in a process of buying a new land to build a house. The lot is tapered a little bit in the back on the left. There are trees surrounding the back of the property line and no fencing required anywhere in the lot. I'm enlosing the picture of the lot #3 for your review. Your adviceabout this lot is greatly appreciated! Thank you very much. VT
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 19, 2009 Staff Share Posted August 19, 2009 1. Firstly this landscape picture is so small and "cloudy". 2. And other considerations include a clear view of the environment, the site, what is next to the plot of land and even things like drainage out of the property. 3. Really cannot just depend on a few lines of description and presto! Is the plot of land good.
myfs_140594
Yes, Master Lee. I think the surrounding is good. This is a fairly large residential community, not zoned for commercial ( shops, restaurants,...). Marked A lot is what I'm considering. The lot as you can see tapered in the back and treees are all around here. The drainage is 2 lots over on the right. Should I do anything to fix the odd shape for luck? I really appreciated your advice. V
