myfs_140582
i have doubt when should this be taking place "Initial Opening of Door for the first time"???? Do you mean after our 2nd Appointment with HDB where the 1st Owner has moved out & before we started our reno??? OR Do you mean after completion of our reno, like a ceremony for entering the new home?? Please adv further. 2ndly, we have just bought this house main door (looking out from inside the living room) is facing EAST, but we checked from your web on our most favourable direction is WEST. What should we do?? is there anyway to help? Thank you.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 18, 2009 Staff Share Posted August 18, 2009 1. As the title suggests: Initial Opening of the door for the 1st time. Yes, once a person takes ownership of the home; usually a good date is chosen for this 1st time open door procedure.3. Thus, if one go and VIEW a home once or several times prior to your so called 2nd appointment, then the home is stillwith the previous owner. There is no value doing this procedure. Can one bring back the car to Toyota and ask for a refund? Neither can one, wait for the earthquake to rattle the home and change the facing direction. What you had mentioned is `history'. 5. If you to apply DIY Feng Shui, then these are some of the common approaches.:- * Feng Shui Triage * Fix-the-Leak, First! * Situational Approach * The Concept of Maximizing Marks * The Concept of Feng Shui by Exception * The Customer Engineer Concept * The Three-Step-Approach * Trial & Error Vs Flying Star
