myfs_140625
Dear Sir1. Can you kindly advise me what do you think of the fengshui at Orchid Park Condo? The unit that I am looking at is at Tower 8,9th floor, facing the reservoir, with a North-South direction. (Address: 93 Yishun St 81).The condo TOP year is 19942. What is your view that the lift is right in front facing the main door of the unit?3. If one of the bedrooms has a window that is blocked by 2 walls, leaving only a small gap of external view, is this considered bad fengshui?Looking forward to your advice. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 25, 2009 Staff Share Posted August 25, 2009 1. I believe you are refering to the junction closest to Yishun Ave 1 and Yishun St 81 : beside Block No. 91.2. This Tower 9 is an identical twin of No. 89.Yes, the main facade of this block faces North-South. The are twin stacks to the 91. One stack faces 125 degrees: Period 7: SE1 while the other stack faces 210 degrees or Period 7: SW1. Between these two stacks, in very broad general terms: the stack facing SE1 - is not the best, but slightly better than stack facing SW1 with Period 7 influence.
