myfs_140869
Hi Master, I got enclose a picture(refer "house type.jpg") of 2 type landed house(semi-d) shapes that I intend to invest. Pls comment the feng shui of it. Also, if the house facing to a 20++ sotrey condominium, is that bad? The house is facing southwest. Between the house and condo, thereis a row of semi-d houses and a 40ft wide road(refer "house location.jpg". Pls advise. Thanks.

Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 9, 2009 Staff Share Posted September 9, 2009 1. Feng Shui still favours a "more rectangular" home as in Para A.2. Both pieces of top-view land are OK. It is unlike the front is wider and the back is narrow - this is not the case - so good.3. Another importan consideration is drainage of the property. Usually shapes like Para 2, is often a corner unit (majority) of the time while Para A may or may not be "sandwiched by other units" next to it. Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 9, 2009 Staff Share Posted September 9, 2009 1. Some of the considerations when buying a landed property be it already built or going to be re-built share common considerations:-http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F2. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:-2.1 Majority of home should have "clear space" at the "frontage" to allow qi to "collect": this could be the garden of the home etc...2.2 If a tall condo "blocks" your view or if your new home is within "prying" eyes of the units of the condo facing your home... many feel that it is no longer "privacy" for the home.3. Under Flying Star, one would like to tap the Water star #8 and Mountain star #8 if it happens to be at the frontage or the back of the home. The terms used under Flying star includes : Up-mountain; down-water etc....
