We are considering buying a
house but have concerns
because of the layout.
There's a bathroom at the
center with 2 doors, one on
each side. In front of the
bathroom is the kitchen,
which extends to the house's
right center outside
wall.

We have been reading
negative things about having
the bathroom and kitchen at
the center. Although there
may be remedies, we don't
know if these remedies will
cure the problem entirely (or
a big portion of it) OR are
they just patches because
there's no other alternative.
Therefore, one key question
would be "Should we avoid
this house entirely or can we
put the remedies in place
with confidence"?

v>If remedies are suggested,
what exactly would be those
remedies, as we read
different remedies by
different people.
Thanks!

1. Frankly, your question is too general.

2. If you are really interested in a home, it is always a good investment to consider Feng Shui service like "Can or cannot buy" especially if one has superficial knowledge of Feng Shui.

3. For example; the pros and cons include:-

3.1. How suitable is the house to the breadwinner(s)
3.2. What is the Flying Star facing direction?
3.3. What is the external Shapes and Forms Feng Shui of the home or apartment like.

4. What you have mentioned is only a tiny "prick" of shapes and forms of the centrepoint + toilet + kitchen

5. In addition to 3.1 to 3.3. many other considerations include where is the stove situated; is the stove facing direction suitable to the female of the home etc... etc....

6. Thus just to base a decion on Para 4; is too premature. Sometimes.. these are leaks and if there are more wealth or health "leaks" under Para 3.1 to 3.3 and Para 5.... "Dead meat.... my friend"... Good or bad... once purchased... like the saying goes " once broken considered sold... and wait long long for the next sale and purchase of another home..."
