Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 10, 2010 Staff Share Posted January 10, 2010 For the Chinese, for physical burial, it does matter greatly what plot of land, facing direction of the grave. As it is said that a burial site can affect the decendants of the dead. However, in the event of a cremation: "ashes to ashes, dust to dust" it does not matter whether:- 1. scatter the ashes in the sea? No issue2. Does it matter which direction, the niche for the urn should face? No issue3. Does it matter whicl level or is it inauspicious to have the urn stacked above another urn or have another urn stacked ontop of the urn? Really, it does not matter, here.
