I have a end-lot
terrace and my house
main door face SE
direction . I
would like to have a
koi pond to my new
place but read on your
forum about SW is not
good due to 'white-
tiger'. My other
alternative are SE ,
just in front of front
door or West - which is
near the back of house.

Can you advise
suitability or none at
all ?src="c:\"

Seeking Advice On A New Home Purchase

1. Purely from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is considered inauspicious.

2. This concept is based on the "East Dragon" and especially more towards: the "White Tiger" concept.

3. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is not good to have an "open" mouth somewhat circular or looks like a hungry tiger's mouth. And since this home is facing SW, the water retention pond is considered as at the West side of the home - ie. the "white tiger's domain.

4. Just imagine, a tiger's mouth is always open "hungry" ...

5. Thus in general, even if the home is considered facing a favourable direction under Period 8 : SW, the prime concern here is the external Shapes and Forms Feng Shui - prevails. SW water position is "effective" only up to 2021 to not more than 2023 in such instances.

6. When placing a pond or a water position; it is always more importantly to get the facts correctly. Even for a SE facing home; under the Flying Star Feng Shui; it makes a difference between say a SE1 and/or SE2/SE3 facing home.

7. In general, usually SW sector Can/ May / Could /be suitable for a water position but often Para 6 is taken into consideration, also.
