Facing of a condo unit

Hi, we are
thinking of buying a
condo unit in the east
and the whole project
is north-south facing.
Me and my son are
Kua 3 and my wife a kua
8 person and the unit i
am considering is a
penthouse on 5th/6th
floor. However,
the door is facing
west, as shown in the
picture
below.

that for condo or
apartment the main door
might not be the
direction of the
apartment but i am not
sure if it applies for
this case, as if i take
the main door into
consideration then it
will be my TOTAL LOSS
direction. Also,
i notice the toilet is
located in the central
of the unit which is
also not good for the
family, but i am
wondering if there is
anyway we can reduce
the negative impact?

If the above
unit is really not
ideal, how about the
below 4 bedroom unit?

The balcony of
this unit is facing
east and two of the
bedroom at the back
will face west, meaning
they will be very hot
after noon. This
unit has a private lift
so where should i base
the facing on?

Hope you could
advise as if one of
these two units can be
purchased, we have to
place deposit
soon.

1. Frankly, there are so many view-points even amongst Geomancers with regards to the facing direction.

2. Thus, one has to expect different views.

3. From what I understand, majority of Geomancers concensus is that of the facing direction is where there is the most "yang" qi or brightness. Usually a row of "openings" be it the balconcy extending towards various windows of say bedroom 3, and master bedroom etc..

4. It also depends on personal "style". In many cases of condo living; in my opinion 80 percent don't leave their door open - most of the time. If so, this part of the home (close-by to the the kitchen) may be considered as the back of the home.

5. If you constantly (visualise) that you intend to open the main entrance to the condo - frequently (most of the time whilst at home) then, it is possible that this may / could be the facing direction. Else; most of the time it should be the stack "facing" could be considered.

6. For some homes it is relatively easy if the stack is facing - sitting or vice versa North-to-South and the main entrance door is e.g. at South while the balcony is at North. In both cases, it will be an East group apartment. Just that one has to decide which opening(s)- facing is more beneifical and often allow qi to come in thru those areas.

7. For a penthouse, usually,it should be the facingdirection of that specific stack - i.e. where the most yang qi be it light coming thru the window / balcony or PESand/or openings (balconysliding glass or windows). In my opinion, majority of the time; Flying Star calculationstaking into consideration the most yang qi direction - is often very accurate - in majority of the cases vs just an "opening" at the main doorand/or the secondary fire escape door - often linked to the kitchen.

will now seriously
consider the penthouse
unit. However,
one more issue which i
hope you could advise,
that is the toilet
which is located in the
center of the unit if i
draw the grid.
Will this be a
real bad fengshui?

Facing direction of a condo / home

In my opinion, it seems that at least 25 to 35 percent of units in many condos have toilets that are either at the centrepoint or close to the centrepoint.

 

 

Although it is considered as a "leak" (wealth leak); however, in my opinion, a home usually have three or more major leaks for it to be in "deep shit".

 

Furthermore, most of the time there is no such thing as a "perfect - Feng Shui home". Thus some of the key sucessfactors for a Feng Shui friendly home are:-
