Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 19, 2010 Staff Share Posted March 19, 2010 Quote 1) What is Clash mean? 2) What is Harm mean? In lay person terms or language: 1. Each person can have a Ba Zi chart consisting of: Heavenly stems x 6 and Earthly Branch x 6. 2. Just imagine all these 12 variables interact with each other. For example some variables can harm the other in general Earth Branch Conception Fire element clash with Huse of Life Water element. Some other variables harm he other variable. 3. All these variables : clashes, harms and even punishments will fnally result in one being a Weak or Strong element. See attachment.... 3) Strong Metal Vs Weak Fire is a good match? Under the Five Elements concept: Strong Metal person would benefit from Fire. Of course, it would be better if the other partner is a STRONG fire person. As imagine, fire helps melt metal (strong metal) which benefits the strong metal. However, based purely on the Five elements concept: the benefit is "one-way". As it can exhaust a weak fire person. Thus a weak fire person may need wood element to help fuel it.
