Hi

I am looking at a property which is on land shaped as a right-angled trapeezoid. (see attached)

The front of the property is the non-pointed part and the back is the point.

Is this classified as a trapezoid or a triangle lot and is it too difficult to remedy?

There are many such properties in my area.

Thank you,

Claudine

These are some considerations:-

1. Your question is too (too) general.

2. For example, see attachment. There is a difference if your home's frontage is at B, C, D or E.

3. Other considerations include how the water drains from the home out of the home premises.

4. Any water position e.g. large canal behind the home or if the home is facing a T-junction etc...

5. There are frankly too many unanswered questions.

6. Equally important is the top-view or helicopter view of outline of the whole house and whether the home is squarish /rectagular or same trapeezoid outline of walls.

7. Frankly, in such a "state"; might as well flip a coin: Heads (auspicious) Tails (inauspicious) or vice-versa = anybody's guess.
