moving in to a new house this month and renovation

gud day! i wanted to seek help from you if it is right for me to move in to a new house this moth? wat particular day will be good? i am born in the year of monkey and the main door of the new houseis facing southwest.

when will it be good to construct the fence and the dirty kitchen?probabbly thew main gate will be facing southwest also and the minor gate is in the northwest.
