hi, please help us. we like to get the lot on the attached file. it is on block 2 lot 18, on the semi cul-de-sac lot. is it considered a cul-de-sac? if yes, what can we do to eliminate the bad luck of this cul-de-sac? the given map is on a north orientation - top is north, right is east.
