Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 9, 2010 Staff Share Posted July 9, 2010 Logically, if it is a "new" as in brand new home; there is no issue with construction be it good or bad sectors. Thus if you really mean NEW; then a newly built home from scratch is a very common thing:For example, someone booked a terrace home and it is under construction and have not even moved in yet. Is this is a case of over-reacting?Move-in procedures can be found under this url: http://info.geomancy.net and the usual practise of selecting a good date to move-in. For the Chinese, they don't really like to move in on the lunar 6th month; 7th month and the month of the Qing Ming also.Anonymous wrote:It is impossible to avoid bad sectors during renovation of a new house.Renovation started in Nov 2009 and finished in June 2010 butyet to move in.Plse advise what could be done during or before moving in, sometimein Sept 2010.Much tks
