Dear Cecil,


Please see attached the plan of my flat.


For the purpose of finding the centre of the plan, can you please advise:


1) Is terrace considered to be the 'living' area? I have a table with 2 chairs on it.


2)The sticking out parts on top of the plan (bath and bedroom closet) - are these protrusions, or is the area between them a missing part?
