What elements are these jobs of mine?

Currently I'm working both as a language teacher online (through Skype)
and I also own my own travel agent which takes tourists around. I've
heard that jobs giving service fall into the earth element, yet I'm not
really sure about it.
So .... based on the characters of my work, what element is my online
language teaching job, and what element is my travel agent job?

These are some considerations:-
1. On another matter; just imagine, how life would be like if it is only BLACK or WHITE (Ebony or Ivory).
2. Go to any home that has small child or children. Go check out their toys; there are bound to be toys with:-
GREEN
BLUE or BLACK
RED
YELLOW
3. Most kids toys havea combination of all the above colours.
4. Same goes for a job. Nowadays, many of our jobs uses multi-skills and further more, there is wrong or right answers as I had always mentioned previously.
5. So long as one can argue in a logical manner than; no one else can say it is totally wrong. And this does not require a degree in rocket science.

6.1 "own travel agent which takes tourists" go figure out or try to match this description to the above, and in MY OPINION, it can be placed under Wood: clues? transport & travel + in a sense growth (growth of knowledge e.g. I would assume you will also say a little about each site or location). Not exactly training but again you are trying to impart knowlege to tourists. Not just play dumb dumb and quietly walk them past places.
6.2 Check out the link and put on your thinking cap and go figure out language taching job falls under where? Again, it does not take a rocket scientist since, again the word teaching falls closely to ? Wood.
