myfs_148185
Got a quick Question. I was looking to get a report for wedding dates from this site, but it might be impossible to get my girlfriends exact birth time and her mothers and fathers birth times too. Is this absolutely necessary to get? Thanks
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 16, 2011 Staff Share Posted January 16, 2011 These are the considerations:1. Parents particulars are optional. It would be nice-to have their timing but for parents the date of birth are good enough. (One way to look at it is that "we are not marrying the bride's parents nor our own parents).2. For girlfriend; it is nice to have the time of birth. But there are many who may not have the time of birth. 3. More importantly, the auspicious dates (and time) takes into consideration both bride and bridgegroom's birth dates (and if possible timing).4. The timing would not change the auspicious day. Thus, later if she managed to find her time of birth; then it would not normally change the selected auspicious day(s).5. However, if the time of birth is subsequently found and if one base it on auspicious time to do certain thing like fetch the bride etc.. then if your girlfriend's time is relooked; this might change. Therefore, if so, then "don't look back if everything has already been finalised if subsequently her timing is found out and the report refreshed or updated to reflect it.6. Again, often there are cases where auspicious timing is at odd hours for a couple. And for the actual wedding day; many still base it on traditional phonetic sound good timing e.g. arriving at bride's home to fetch bride at 8.18am or 8.38 am or 9.38 or 9.39am.
