The house number is 324. It's on an outside corner lot.

3. Frankly, there are other factors:-
3.1. Which country is it? Vehicles (Cars) = Right-hand drive or Left-hand drive
3.2. How far is the home is to the road.
3.3. Things like boundary: type of fencing or brick wall / gate?
4. Commonsense:-
One got to use commonsense + some practical imagination and ask a question: WHAT HAPPENS if a runaway car PLOUGHS into the home? Sort of question..... Please read the above links. I believe the above links have enough resources....
