Good day master cecil, I followed the instructions that you had kindly posted for conductiong initial house opening. Now we had completed our renovation and we are ready to move in on this Wednesday. I also saw the house move in ritual that u posted. Wondering whether do we need to put 5type of fruits in the living room? How to offer praying for du ti gong? (we do not have any praying table). Where to put the huat quay? And lastly how to clean the house from unwanted spirits? (I carried out salt rice cleansing in jan 2011 and from then till today, the house is renovated). Tks. Hope to see your reply soon. Tks in advance for ur time and advice.

Frankly, have you seen the performance by the late Michael Jackson? Called history?
What you mentioned below e.g. five types of fruits seems to belong to this link:- http://www.geomancy.net/info/initial-opening.pdf
Please read the heading of the .pdf carefully.
When you say you are moving-in; the above "Initial-opening.pdf" is History! Past, gone, kaput.
This should be the thing to read.. not the above, please.

Unlike the Initial-opening which is also known as First-time-open-door procedure; just imagine; later on one should try to "warm-up" the kitchen.
The best "warm-up" is the use of the stove. There is no harm to place the Fa Gao (Haut Quay) on the stove. Place it aside somewhere else later in the kitchen that's all.
Frankly, the procedures are just symbolic. The act of bringing in the items are like "placing" wealth into a home.
So long as the item and many other pass the main door; all it takes is simple commonsense.
For example, if one were to bring in a packet of sugar, rice etc.. the natural thing is to stock up the kitchen. Be it, "now" or later.
Do take note that again there is no hard or fast rule with regards to "whatever" one wants to do.
If one analyses all the procedure: they are simply FIVE words only: Placing wealth into the home.
And please don't try to make the procedures into some sort of rocket science material.
Overall, use one's "OTAK" or commonsense.
P.S. In Malay OTAK = brain. Not Botak Otak. (Zero brain matter).
