These are some considerations:
1. Just imagine a duck: we often see a duck gliding gracefully in a pond.
2. But, many of us never realise that the duck has to paddle (furiously) to look graceful.
3. Furthermore, this is a Free General Advice Forum.
4. Attached is a sample of the amount of work e.g. take many hours to come up with an analysis taking into consideration many factors.
5. Hope you understand, it is so easy to post a few lines of text and a layout plan. And PRESTO! everything is done for you FOC.
