Inuspicious House Location

Dear Master Cecil,
Greetings!
I would like to ask if the house location in the picture is bad or inauspicious because it has irregular shape lot and plus points is the shape of the curve road that is slicing the house I think. The house is facing 56.763 Northeast 3 and the main door is located in Southeast facing SE3.
In front of the house were 3 big houses with pointed roofs candidate for poison arrow. There is also mountain and rivers nearby at least 7 KM with a great view from South.
We are both east group: Husband kua-3 Strong Yang Earth Ram , Wife-9 Weak Metal Fire Dragon

In my opinion:

1. The photo is very fuzzy or blur.

2. There seems to be service roads on three sides of the property: NW, NE and SE.

3. From the blur photo; it seems that the plot is pretty large or the built up area is small as compared to the huge plot. And this is often an advantage even if the main door @SE faces the neighbour's home.

4. What is more concern is whether there are drains running on the NE side and/or SE side and/or NW side. And even how the rainfall drains out of the property is critical.

5. Frankly, a home at the corner often be larger than the rest and may have less then rectangular plot but this does not detract or make it fatally inauspicious.

6. Since the photo is blur to fuzzy; then if you need to check any threats to the main entrace or to any of the windows; then stand inside the opening looking outwards for any threats. See attachment.

6.1. Such threats are often easily corrected; again if the plot is land is large and there seems to be a large garden surronding the home.

that looks blurry via google earth map. The house was built in year 2000 and the owner did not move to it or use
the house because he has a big house in the main city. He only sell it at very
reasonable price because the owner is extremely wealthy and successful. He is
only selling it half the price of the prevailing market value of the house and
I just want to take the opportunity and so paranoid that the lot does not have
a good feng shui reading because its irregular in shape and the direction
according to the compass school is not suitable because the house is facing
Northeast (disaster for breadwinner).

front door is facing East, next to it is the kitchen located in SE and the
backdoor is located in S. Front door opens into clear space of lot and I think this is Ming Tang? correct me if I am wrong.

threats, only 3 big house that hugs the house and the road that hugs.

Since the plot is relatively large in relation to the home; and as you had mentioned that there is no poison arrow; generally, all sounds good
In addition; have also mentioned in the first posting that the plot is acceptable given that it is a corner plot.

plot is pretty large or the
built up area is
small as compared to the huge
plot. And this is often an
advantage even if the

neighbour's home.

Yes, the lot is very
large and house only
occupies 1/3 of the lot. The
front door is facing East,
next to it is the kitchen
located in SE and the
backdoor is located in S.
Front door opens into clear
space of lot and I think this
is Ming Tang? correct me if I
am wrong.
4. What is
more concern is whether there
are drains running on the NE
side and/or SE side
and/or NW side. And even how
the rainfall drains out of the
property is
critical.

The main drainage is
located in SE3 (water
from Laundry, bathroom,
kitchen) and the exit point is
NE3. The rain coming

5. Frankly,
a home at the corner often be
larger than the rest and may
have less then
rectangular plot but this does
not detract or make it fatally
inauspicious.

1. In general, it is based on the Dragon Water Classics.
2. Note: nowadays, roads are equivalent of "water courses".
3. Attached is an illustration (BOTTOM of the attachment) showing how a "Jade Belt" looks like and a home at the "belly" of the Jade Belt symbolises a prosperous looking belly.
4. The key ingredient is a home facing this Jade Belt to have the best effect. Contrast this with the TOP illustration where instead it is surrounded by an extension or an "X".
