In general, there is no right or wrong answer. As this is a relatively new occupation or industry.
Some may consider those directly on the Stock Exchange floor - stock brokers / remisers as the Fire element (marketing or sales of shares).
Underwriters of shares could be considered as belonging to the metal element. For example, a Banking group underwrites the shares.
