bercardor
HiI just bought a king size bed(made of wood). There is a divider frame under the bed that need to support the bed. The divider is in the centre of the bed that divides the bed but it can be seen only if you bend down and look beneath the bed. Will this affect the "qi" that flow below the bed and will affect the relationship with my hubby? Thanks
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 15, 1999 Staff Share Posted November 15, 1999 Dear Anon,In Traditional Feng Shui, in my opinion, most practioners would consider the divider in the centre as inauspicious. Some Practioners may view it differently and say it is of no consequence to a marriage. It is my belief that like many Feng Shui practioners, the divider even if unseen can cause a rift between husband and wife.Take the case of two single beds placed together. Even if a king sized bed sheet covers it up, this is in my belief that it still can cause marital problems. It is not so much of Qi flowing under the bed but based on Symbolism in Feng Shui.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 11/15/99 12:34:38 PM, Anonymous wrote:HiI just bought a king sizebed(made of wood). There is adivider frame under the bedthat need to support the bed.The divider is in the centreof the bed that divides thebed but it can be seen only ifyou bend down and look beneaththe bed. Will this affect the "qi"that flow below the bed andwill affect the relationshipwith my hubby? Thanks

Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 15, 1999 Staff Share Posted November 15, 1999 Dear Anon,Here, the principle of `since one cannot see it, it no longer becomes a threat' cannot be applied. This is because, the bed is not a poison arrow where, the threat can be neutralised if it is covered up from This is because, symbolically, you are still sleeping on the bed. (Even though, it is say covered with a bed sheet). No matter how, one is still `smbolically' sleeping on the same `divided' bed.At the moment, I cannot think of any solution with this divide. However, one can still use the Flying Star to check whether there is any inauspicious stars particularly at the bedroom especially the bad star relating to romance.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 11/15/99 1:47:01 PM, Anonymous wrote:Oh no, No wonder I hadargument with my hubby.
