myfs_140469
Dear Mr Cecil,Appreciate you can help me on this.My balcony is at S3 as shown in the picture. After I drew the nine grids on my layout, where should I start to place my south sector ? Should it be at the same balcony sector on the right top corner or at the centre top sector as shown in the picture?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 15, 2011 Staff Share Posted July 15, 2011 Please see illustrations (attachments)Attachment 1 =condofacing1If you stand somewhere X facing Y; and if this is the S3 then PERHAPS Option A is a better choice.Attachment 2 = condofacing2If you say that the direction is S2; then definitely Option A is the right choice. But if you say that the direction is S3; even your option A may not be exactly correct given that S3 is titled.. roughly see attachment: condofacing2Usually, majority of those who plot Flying Star charts on a professional level for clients would often use the pie chart method. For book authors; they may use the grid and/or pie. Quote On 7/15/2011 5:17:13 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Mr Cecil,Appreciate youcan help me on this.My balconyis at S3 as shown in thepicture. Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 23, 2011 Staff Share Posted July 23, 2011 As mentioned previously; even if one needs to plot a 9-grid system; usually, it should follow the cardinal points of the compass. This resource was posted to this forum many years back by a user..... It shows that even in a 9-grid system on a perfectly rectangular or squarish home; it may have to be tilted correctly to the proper compass orientation. Thus, as mentioned, many geomancers; inclusive of myself prefer the pie chart method to this 9-grid system... Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 29, 2023 Staff Share Posted July 29, 2023 Related: Frankly, I rarely use the 9 grid method as I personally prefer the pie chart method.
