Dear master Cecil, are bedside tables very important to place beside my bed ? My bedroom has a ceiling height built- in wardrobe exactly at the right side of my bed and study table at the left side of my bed without any space spared betweenand I wonder whether both wardrobe and study table will cause any " sha qi " or poison arrows or not ?
Thanks for your help.

1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; if the toilet door is next to the master-bed; often a geomancer may advice one to place a bedside table WITH a table lamp.
2. This is symbolic of a "partition" between the bed and the toilet door.
3. Otherwise, there is no issue if no bedside table exists.
4. As mentioned in many of the previous forum message, the edge of any cabinet or wardrope : at 45 degree angle, it pose a "poison arrow".
4.1 And depending on the type of material; it would mean how far the poison arrow extends.
4.2. Thus if the cabinet is made of hardwood; then at 45 degree angle of a corner; the sha qi or poison arrow can be around 2 1/2 feet distance. If the cabinet is of softwood it can be around 1 feet to 2 feet poison arrow.
4.3. But if the corner or edge is a solid wall; then usually the poison arrow extends to a range of 1 metre.
5. Thus try not to have too close a cabinet to the bed.

1. Please see attachment.
2. Can you see the marking in RED: "A" aimed towards "B".
3. For example, the corner of a wardrope (edge) has a poison arrow depending on the material of the wardrope. For a normal plywood type of wardrope; the poison arrow RANGE from A to B is approximately 2 feet distance.

1. This is a compromise:

2. More to safe guard the husband or wife sleeping beside it.

3. However, if one has a child or children that jumps on the master bed: ensure that the top edge / corner is protected with child protection material. You know what I mean...

Sorry Master Lee. Another concern while renovating is the aircon in my master. Due to that, I wonder is it ok or not advisable to reposition full length wardrobe to shift to in front of my bed (meaning I see wardrobe facing my bed)? Any issue with health or $ luck with full length wardrobe facing master bed?

Aircon so long as not directly above bedhead or directly blow to head. Else FS does not micro manage this.

Such a tiny room. More concern is the clearance to the bed. If wardrobe facing bed then anything else.

No issue with wardrobe door facing bed.
