Dear Mr Cecil,
You mentioned in Eight House Theory it
is advisable that an East person should occupy an `East house'. For an East person, therefore, a favourable house is one where the frontage/main door is located at either:-EAST, NORTH, SOUTH or SOUTH EAST.
I belong to East Group, my unit balcony frontage is facing South 3 as shown in the diagram. In this case my frontage become located in SouthWest which is bad location(sector) for an east kua group. Does this house consider east / west house? What happen if the facing is good but located in bad sector? Will I still benefit from this house?
