This is not an office environment; but rather a construction site! Therefore how can construction workers get hold of their own personal computer(s)!But rather... the workers on this construction site were instructed not to sleep and eat inside the multi-storey car park... Most likely the supervisorsof the developerare worried that sleeping in the car park can be harzardous for their health.
