Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 28, 2011 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2011 If you are looking at micro-level of the Five Elements, just imagine it flows with the 4 seasons:Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. While earth elementin a general sense, falls in between each of the four seasons. Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 28, 2011 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2011 This is a flavour as to why earth element even if it does not directly belong to one of the "seasons" ... http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=10983&new=In addition, this past message gives a flavour that not only the seasons, but each day, there is a different "reigning element":http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=16063&new=In addition, take a look at a day's forecast. It is also based on the lowest common denominator the Five Elements concept. http://online.geomancy.net/public/code/html-fs-daily-forecast?nextday=0&tpl=-fullpageAnd even every 2 hours, there is a reigning zodiac sign. For example, if it is the RAT hour, RAT is associated under the water element in the Five Elements. myfs_140469
Mr Cecil,Thanks for your information. For example under period 8, if south-west sector having flying stars MS1, WS6, BS5. How to find out whether is '1' a weak water or strong water, and '6' is weak metal or strong metal?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 28, 2011 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2011 These are some considerations:1. The Three-Step-Approach2. Although the lowest common denominator is the Five Elements concept; 3. No offence, your earlier question(s) are like asking about the climate in China and then suddenly, you are asking about where to fish in the Alaska.4. If you really want to understand a concept or model; then be prepared to understand it under Para 1 above: the 3 step approach.5. Flying Star Feng Shui, already is based on timely stars. And it has already a BUILT in mechanism to take care of the elements and it's strength.6. For example, most geomancers would plot a 20 YEAR Flying Star chart.7. You got to ask yourself why is there such a thing as YEARLY, or MONTHLY or even DAILY or for the Flying Star fan; the HOURLY flying stars.8. Take this example, below:-Paid Summarized Chart for a GroupNorth-West(Metal - white/gold)283year 8GOOD sector [1.] Health[2.] Death[3.] Spook[4.] SpookComb. 10 Mountain StarNorth(Water - blue/black/gray)737year 3GOOD sector [1.] Spook[2.] Longevity[3.] Health[4.] Health2011 has inauspicious star 3Mountain Star foundWater Star foundComb. 10 Water StarComb. 10 Mountain StarNorth-East(Earth - yellow)915year 1GOOD sector [1.] Excellent[2.] Disaster[3.] Irritation[4.] IrritationComb. 10 Mountain StarWest(Metal - white/gold)194year 9GOOD sector [1.] Longevity[2.] Spook[3.] Death[4.] DeathComb. 10 Mountain StarCenter(Earth - yellow)372year 7GOOD sector 2011 has inauspicious star 7Comb. 10 Mountain StarEast(Wood - green/brown)559year 5INAUSPICIOUS sector [1.] Irritation[2.] Prosperity[3.] Excellent[4.] ExcellentSector Cure: Metal2011 has inauspicious star 5Duplicate Mountain StarComb. 10 Mountain StarSouth-West(Earth - yellow)648year 4GOOD sector [1.] Prosperity[2.] Irritation[3.] Disaster[4.] DisasterComb. 10 Mountain StarSouth(Fire - red)826year 2GOOD sector [1.] Disaster[2.] Excellent[3.] Prosperity[4.] Prosperity2011 has inauspicious star 2Comb. 10 Mountain Star(Main Door / Frontage)South-East(Wood - green/brown)461year 6EXCELLENT sector [1.] Death[2.] Health[3.] Longevity[4.] LongevityComb. 10 Mountain Star9. Each sector has it's 20 YEAR and even YEARLY stars. 10. Frankly, this Flying Star thing already has Five Elements "built into it" So why must one create a monster in the form of what you wrote. #6 = Big METAL#7 = Weak METAL.10.1. Your question is like re-inventing the wheel. And instead of making the input, output, your "method" looks to me more like only rocket scientists could understand and get it correctly, please.11. Therefore, it is best for those who are just learning such thing to remember that even babies need to crawl, walk clumsily before they can run or swim instead of getting drown.
