Lindsay G
Dear CecilMy sister is relocating her antique business to larger premises and is considering installing overhead beams to give the shop an old English style, everything I have read regarding beams suggests that they are very unlucky and suppress the flow of chi. Could you please advise on whether you think installing beams is likely to affect business or not. The shop is very large. Many ThanksJane.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 30, 1999 Staff Share Posted November 30, 1999 Dear Lindsay,There are quite a few stores, have unconcealed ceilings `similiar' to what you have described.Overall, it is acceptable to have the beams especially if it is at the display area. This is why the customers walk around and they are not under the beam at prolonged times. However, for the office (or admin office) try to avoid working under the beams.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 11/27/99 11:40:05 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear CecilMy sister is relocating herantique business to largerpremises and is consideringinstalling overhead beams togive the shop an old Englishstyle, everything I have readregarding beams suggests thatthey are very unlucky andsuppress the flow of chi.Could you please advise onwhether you think installingbeams is likely to affectbusiness or not.
