good fengshui flow

I am looking at a 3 storytown home. It is a
corner lot at the end of a street. The layout are below. Does this
place have good feng shui? The dining room here faces north; the other
side of the kitchen is the neighbor's house. I have kua number 2, so
the entrance should be facing west right? The entrance here is facing
north.

These are some considerations:
1. Location, location, location. (Shapes and Forms)
I hope that you have already considered this most critical factor. As two-dimension layout(s) are not to be looked at in isolation even if the facing direction suits you.
2. Eight House or 4 Good and 4 Bad Directions
If you are a West Group facing person; then your best directions in terms of this theory is not North.
As to whether the entrance should be facing west: even with this consideration; one has also to take into consideration things like afternoon sun home. Which often can be pretty hot.
3. Another dimension is that even if a west home is considered suitable to you; the twin concept of the Eight House is the Flying Star Feng Shui.
3.1. This is because other than Shapes and Forms Feng Shui (which is about location, location and location); Eight House and Flying Star belongs to the Compass School of Feng Shui.
3.2. Thus, under the Flying Star Feng Shui; there are also differences between some West facing homes as it can be further sub-divided into what is known as a West1, West 2 and West 3 home: depending on the exact compass degree of the home.
3.2.1 (West 2 and West 3 share the same Flying Star characteristics).
3.2.2 Another input is when the house has obtained it's occupational licence or rather, when the first owners had moved-in (if not a new home).
