Without a photo, it is difficult to fully grasp this. As often, unless one is physically at the home/apartment; or at least see the layout out; 1.2. Harder here to understand what you mean. And also, how large is the "nice glass balcony" and whether you open it or slam shut it most of the time.2. With all the haze around, one possibility could be the frontage could be "facing the street" view.3. Other considerations include: if you always slam-shut your main door when at home; then this is highly unlikely to be your frontage.
