Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 25, 2013 Staff Share Posted February 25, 2013 Most importantly, when eyeing a potential new development; We should take a step-back and check for any Major issues especially under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:-1. Where is the afternoon sun?2. In this example: D'Nest condo. Although it is good to have the various blocks+stacks in a wavy formation.2.1 But do take note that often too many "wavy-forms" may result in the "porcupine effect".2.2 Please see attachment: Dnest1.gif2.3 I have marked "suspected" poison arrow(s) of neighbouring unit corners that MAY be aimed to wards another stack and vice-versa. 3. Do keep in mind, if the next time, you do like a development shaped in this manner: tightly packed wavy-concentric forms. What could be worse is a corner of another unit pointed towards one's living room / balcony area!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 14, 2013 Staff Share Posted March 14, 2013 D'nest Block 133 Stack #20 is a "borderline" case.Hopefully it is still purely a SW2 facing direction. Else, if it is exactly at the border between SW2 and SW3; this is very inauspicious. Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 15, 2013 Staff Share Posted March 15, 2013 Please take note that for this development, especially if one is considering a South facing e.g. Flying Star South 2 (S2) facing; some stacks in this development has it's kitchen at the inauspicious "Fire at Heaven's gate sector" i.e. NW. (And in some instances, major missing corners - if any).Specific examples will be released at a much later date so as not to disadvantage clients that are eyeing this development.
