In this sample illustration; some units in The Triling; the dining table is in full view of the main door.Is this considered inauspicious?3. Well, this has more to do with common sense then Feng Shui.3.1. For example, some leave their main door opened and if a passing neighbour walks by while one is eating; some don't feel easy with others looking at their dining table or during dinner time.3.2. Another common sense is: "1st impression counts!"3.2.1. Here, some people stack their dining table with lots of "junk" or "litter" their dining table with lots of items. Thus, when a visitor visits a home; the first thing they see is a pile of "rubbish" stacked on the dining table. 3.3. In this example, there is also a breakfast table. 3.3.1 In Feng Shui, I is told not to place sharp objects on this table immediately to the right of this illustration. 3.3.2 Here, if a robber or thief (opportunist) were to gain access into the home; and if they see a knife or sharp object readily available on the breakfast table; may use it to threaten those in that unit.4. Thus, sometimes, sometime relating to common sense can turn out to be regarded as "Inauspicious in the name of Feng Shui". You and I know that with or without Feng Shui, there is often an origin to it due to common sense, also. Stacks/units facing MRT tracks expect some noise + Nan Hua Primary School assembly area ...anthem... A plus is that the interior walls are solid.. and not dry walls??. In in the future, it can grow to 5 metres and often found near to creeks in Australia. The table issue is inevitable I guess What you wrote is frankly an under statement. In fact, for this and many other sites.. not published, I have done lots of detailed reviews. It is a matter of whether I want to release them to the public. Frankly, there are better sites than this. Stacks/units face the school and MRT tracks is noisy. And furthermore, it is not like MRT train movement noise but just walk down and the trains are there. Equally, the din or noise level from Clementi Avenue 6 is equally not exactly comfortable. There are definitely much better sites than this one. Thus in my opinion, on a macro level; this site pales in comparison after looking at so many other plots in Singapore. The rankings take into consideration both the breadwinner and spouse and even family member's ba zi and is personalised to them. Be warned. For example the rankings may differ from individual to individual etc.. "Their first choice may not be your first choice and vice-versa."
