These are some considerations:
1. Where possible, the stove should not (be directly opposite) sharethe same wall as the toilet bowl.

Fortunately, because of the location of the Master Bedroom door; the shared toilet door has to be on the side as shown in the attachment.
And fortunately, because of this; the toilet bowl piping does not share the same wall as the kitchen wall.
A blessing in disguise!

In case a bed is placed in this family room; try to avoid placing it as shown in the attachment.
