Guest
I have two questions. First of all, I read somewhere that you should display the trigrams over the doors or areas that are your "good directions" to activate that area, i.e. the trigram li for south and Kan for north. Is this true? and why does the area need to be "activated"?Second of all, I'm not understanding the "stars" concept. Are all the numbers always the same and how do you know which one is which? ( i.e. star # 8 for the wealth star). It seems the more I read, the more confused I'm getting. Please help, do you do "private readings" on the flying star and 8 house theorys?Thank you so much for your time.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 8, 1999 Staff Share Posted December 8, 1999 Dear Carrie,Please see below:- Quote On 12/8/99 12:36:30 AM, Anonymous wrote:I have two questions. As there is another question on the same subject in the next recent forum message, I will touch on it in that message.3. There is no basis for a Bagua mirror to be placed to enhance a situation if the location it faces is an auspicious location unless to `ward off evil'.A bagua mirror is commonly used for:-1. To neutralise Sha Qi or poision arrow aimed at e.g. the main entrance door or a window. Here it is place above the main entrance door (at the centrepoint).2. In Asia, it is very common for Feng Shui practioners who themselves e.g. are Buddhists or Toaist to recommend placing a Bagua mirror above the main entrance door or other entrances e.g. backdoor. The rationale is because the Trigram is also used in their temple etc.. 3. As for whether it is placed to enhance a location, if you do find the author who wrote it, please ask for the rationale as to why he/she mentioned it.Again, it is my strong belief that you have to question the person who mentioned it and ultimately make your own decision. The complex analysis can be found under the computerised reports which concentrates of taking away the mundane or tedious tasks and provide clear explanations of what would be needed to be done. Presently, my calendar is filled up to Februrary next year. As I mentioned, there are lots of tools available under geomancy-online.comWarmest Regards,Cecil
