Lizbeth
The flying Star of my home reveals 2 mountain Stars, which I am keen to activate. One is in the North (8,6), which is marked as a prosperity Star. The other in the South, which is by my front door. The exact compass point for North and South falls in a corner. I have read various things on your site but I still have some questions. Does it matter what the heavy object is made from? Do you have to place it at the exact compass point? Can you place the object on the wall outside? If you have a 2 floored property do you place something on both floors? The Southern point is to the left of the front door. I currently have an high open book case at this point? Is it okay to just place a heavy object on top of it?Thanks for your help?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 8, 1999 Staff Share Posted December 8, 1999 Dear Anon,Please see below:- Quote On 12/8/99 1:49:10 AM, Anonymous wrote:The flying Star of my homereveals 2 mountain Stars, which I am keen to activate. One is in the North (8,6),which is marked as aprosperity Star. If the compass direction falls equal distant between the two walls, you can activate the mountain on either wall. If the compass direction falls closer to one wall, the mountain star should be placed on this wall. Quote The other inthe South, which is by myfront door. The exact compasspoint for North and Southfalls in a corner. I have readvarious things on your sitebut I still have somequestions. The mountain star is ineffective above or at the location of the front door. The rationale is that there is a conflict here. The front door should be activated by a water star. e.g. outside the front door, it should be low and clear space.Placing a mountain star inside the front doordoes not achieve the above purpose i.e. a waste of time and money. In addition, what happens if the solid object falls off and hits the head of someone coming into the main entrance door. Quote Does it matter whatthe heavy object is made from? Ideally, it should be objects like a paper weight and immovable e.g. without wheels. It can be of any materials e.g. a solid rock object, crystal etc... Quote Do you have to place it at theexact compass point? Can youplace the object on the walloutside? Look at it this way: The location of the compass point has to be e.g a wall. The `entire' wall represents a mountain. If one follows this argument, you can place the object at the `mountain.' Here, anyway along the mountain. Quote If you have a 2floored property do you placesomething on both floors? There is some controvesy over this. Some FS practioners may recommend at both floors while others at one place. Usually, it should be placed at the location closer to the first level or ground level where possible. The rational here is have anyone heard of a mountain at level 1 (storey 1), storey 2... and so on?Can mountains be stacked on top of each other. It is my belief that as humans, we tend to want to overdo things. If we are given a choice, we would buy more than 1 fountain, 2 or more wind chimes.Under such situation, if it is recommended by a FS practioner, I believe the practioner is not sure of him/herself and to play safe request the owners (at their detriment) to add more than is necessary? Does the above sound familiar?Whatever we do, we should question the rationale for it. If you invite or before inviting a FS practioner, in today's world, of open information, you have to see whether the practioner can come up with a reasonable answer for it.For example when a practioner asks to place a wind chime at the South, or North etc.. Ask again. If the answer is hazy, then it reflects on the person's creditability. Warmest Regards,Cecil
