Stove and Staircase

Dear Master,
We would like to know if having the stair behind the wall where the stove is located is a feng shui problem. Also from our main entrance we can see the stairs to 2nd floor. The distance of the staircase from the main entrance is 25 feet. Is this also a feng shui problem? If so appreciate if you can recommend a cure for both.

Thanks for your sketch.
As mentioned, previously; this has more to do with common sense then Feng Shui.
For example; if there is a fire at the stove area; and since it is sharing the same wall as the "exit' stairs; don't want to have a flash fire at that location nor smoke coming out of that area...
