I am new to this forum, need some Feng Sui advise on my new EC Twin Waterfall which i bought in 2012 which TOP in 2015.

Twin waterfalls EC has just TOP.

You would agree that this is a very unusual 3 bedroom / penthouse layout plan found anywhere.

I will be visiting a unit with such a layout soon and very curious to feel the "flow", here.

From a Shapes and Forms point of view; it is considered inauspicious to:-

1. Have the bed-head close to or sharing the same wall as the WC pipe. And also:-

2. The stove sharing the same wall as the WC.

Many of the stacks/units in Twin Waterfalls share the same issue or problem as Para 2. above

Once in a blue mood; does a development; in this case an EC like Twin Wateralls reach the hairline limit of legal completion.

In this case, Twin Waterfalls EC started to notify their subsidiary proprietors in a nick-of time before 7th July 2015 = the legal completion. Nevermind if the physically keys are not issued to all.

So long as "You" are notified of completion; call me to arrange to collect your keys. But wait.... collect keys tomorrow? Sorry, your turn is like next week!
