Hi!Can you please advise if

will be harmful to the bed

I have the same question, their is little difference, my bed is kept in vertical position.. If anybody can help it would be very helpful.

There are two considerations, here:
1. Common sense
2. "The Grandmother story".
1. Under common sense, IDEALLY, the stove should not be next to or within the bedroom. This is because of several reasons:
1.1. Type of stove. If this is a gas stove. And for any reason; while using the stove; the fire gets extinguished or if the gas valve is not closed properly, then gas can escape and fill the entire bedroom with gas.
1.2. If this is not a gas stove e.g. an induction stove or electric stove; then Para 1.1. will not be of a concern.
2. Under "the grandmother story"; or sometimes based on symbolism; it is said that if a stove faces the bed. This implies that the person may get illness related to "fever" etc... As mentioned, Para 1.1. is more real then Para 2.
3. Ideally, avoid gas-type of stove in the bedroom given that this is a tiny apartment.

In my opinion, it is not a concern. It may be a concern if we have seen e.g. Mr Bean "sick" on the bed and the bed happens to collapse upon the sleeper. Then again, I believe, this is quite impossible in the real world or if so, one could easily get out of this predicament.
