Hi, I am considering to buy a resale hdb flat at Blocks 401 to 409 at Sin Ming Ave. Kindly advise which is the best block to consider. Thank you.

Use Source or Source and Credit for resources belonging to others as an acknowledgement to copy-right laws. Some sites even demand that one gets permission before one can use their resource.
