Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 16, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 16, 2014 This development has 12 blocks. Each with four stacks.Only block 104 and 114 are single standalone blocks. In general, these are akin to those HDB 5 bedroom - Point blocks that were common from 1973 to 1980. As air-flow is not impeded on any of the four sides, these are generally safe "bet" if one does not know what to get. Except for block 104 and lower floors in stacks 09 and 12. As they are next to the tennis court and on "game day " can be quite noisy.Generally, block 102 stacks 06 and 05 plus block 100 with stack 02 which are South facing are considered the better stacks. While stack 01 can be noisy next to the main road.Looks like block 112 stack 46 seems to have a corner pointed towards block 114 stack 30. Thus, have to take extra care when intending to purchase a unit under this stack # ... -
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 24, 2015 Staff Share Posted March 24, 2015 Bellewaters 7 Blocks 13, 15, 17, 19 25, 27, 29 has stacks that either face 10 degrees Flying Star P8 N3 or S3 (190 degrees). While the rest of the remaining 3 blocks: 11, 21 and 23 faces 0 degrees Flying Star P8 N2 or S3 (180 degrees) Thus all stacks are more suitable to an "East Group" breadwinner. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 1 Author Staff Share Posted August 1 AS WE ENTER PERIOD 9 FLYING STAR FENG SHUI FROM 2024 TILL 2043 WHICH UNITS ARE LUCKY? Part 1: How is the luck of the Internal Feng Shui of this unit? Part 2: External Feng Shui luck? Part 3: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom? PART 1 = 35% Depends on the Internal Layout & Sectors - How Lucky? There are four facing directions: NW3, SE3, N2 or S2 Good, Better, Best! N2 = Better luck under Period 9. From 2024 till 2043. The Rest! NW3 = Less lucky under Period 9. +++ S1 = Unlucky under Period 8. In general more lucky in Period 9. However this depends on where is the living room & external features of the unit. Extra care if e.g. a bedroom e.g. Master Bedroom is located at SE with Misfortune/sickness. +++ SE3 = Less lucky under Period 9. But also depends on layout. As Current Prosperity Career and Overall Luck is trapped or wasted at the centrepoint of the unit. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ But also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan & this is just part of the many considerations in a home purchase. However the above does not take into consideration things like: Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc.. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ ++++ PART 2 = 35% Location, location, location?
