These are some considerations:
1. Majority of the blocks are North-South facing. Particularly blocks 21 and 23 which are true north and south.
2. Under Flying star Feng Shui, generally, the South facing stacks are better than the North facing stacks. However, do take note that some South facing stacks have their kitchen in the inauspicious NW sector.
2.1. Furthermore, majority of the South facing stacks are affected by afternoon sun as these stacks are "slanted" or tilted towards the west-direction. From a Shapes and Forms point of view one of the better stack(s) are 18, 17 and 22.
3. In my opinion, the last resort is blk 11 which is next to the entrance area. And especially high floors: stacks 1 and 2 may look at the "Sengkang General & Community Hospital". Frankly, this has more to do with re-sale value; as some don't like to "look" at a hospital nor a potential buyer chased away because of this. Thus stacks 7, 8, 11 and 12 should be considered "a last" resort..

Slight afternoon sun (at an angle) towards the frontage of many stacks e.g. stacks 12, 14, 38 (includes the master bedroom wall), 37, stacks 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 35, 36, 37.
Currently, there is direct a line-of-sight between many stacks especially of block 11, 23. And also blocks 13 and 15 that are south facing and looks at the Sengkang Hospital. Frankly, not everyone finds this an issue. But as I mentioned, following other precedence of past developments; there are some who may think twice or thrice when buying resale flats facing a hospital.
Blk 25 stack 31 may also have a view of the hospital; but this is fortunately the furthest away...

1. Based on Flying Star Feng Shui; the entire development mostly have stacks that are:-
A. Period 8 Either N3 or S3 facing directions:
under BLOCKS 13, 15, 17, 19, 25, 27 & 29
B. And Blocks 11, 21 and 23 are either N2 or S2 facing directions.
2. For "West" group facing and selecting flats; as all stacks are not-as suitable to them; then, have to be more prudent in their selection of flats.
3. One of the frequent tools to further narrow down the choice is using a checklist to see which stack/unit has more sectors that fit the person's Eight House profile:-

D2 4 Bedrooms Stacks 05 and 37:-
Please see attached illustration.
From a Feng Shui point of view; avoid; placing a bed as shown in the utility room. (As highlighted in red under marking "B"). As the level of the bed-head / face would be very close to the same wall as the WC / wc-sewerage pipe - potential for cancer.)
Under symbolism in Feng Shui, it is less than ideal to have the main door; open towards the kitchen opening. And how many always close the kitchen door? Where the stove and sink can be seen from the main door. This is considered inauspicious.
Under common sense, Feng Shui; it is equally inauspicious if one place sharp objects like knives on the kitchen table top that is visible from the main door. Here, if an intruder were to rush-in; sees knives readily available.... guess what may happen ... next...

my
opinion,

the

last resort is blk 11

is
next

especially

high

floors: stacks 1 and 2
may
look
at

has
more to

with re-sale value; as
some
don't

like

to "look" at a hospital
nor
a

potential

buyer chased away
because of
this.

Thus

stacks 7, 8, 11 and 12
should be

considered "a last"
resort..On

In my opinion, somehow the light tan Colour of The Central Rubbish bin door + no words; just a bin graphic tucked at the TOP right of the door makes it less obvious.

Not perfect but so far a right move.

Contrast this with the design at it's earlier sister development: Bellewoods which was developed earlier.

The central rubbish bins had not only a larger icon; it was also placed lmore prominent at an adult's eye level:

Often, no two House Hunting or Can or Cannot Buy reviews are totally similar to a previous review.

This is another variant of the review of various stacks in this development. (And a reference was also made to another two stacks at the near-by Treasure Crest development.

For example, these reviews take many hours and always done with passion, by me.

Hello master,

I would like to seek your expertise because I’m interested in stack 19 but both my husband and me are Kua number 8 (with 2 young kids). Based on a east group person it seems thats the best stake but I’m a west group.! Not too sure if it will be a huge disadvantage for us? Kindly please help me as I really like the unit but afraid the main door position could be a disastrous; anything we can do to improve?

thank you in advanced.
