Hi, any advise on Skypark EC?

My first glance of Skypark Residences 5-bedroom Type E1 seems favourable.

Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the toilets especially the WCs are well planned. I hope this is a prelude to a positive look-out for this development in the outskirts of a less popular (less amenities when compared to areas like crazy developments in Jurong)region in Singapore.

1. There are still incidences that the north marking found on the sales brochure was incorrectly marked.

2. Thus on the safe side; I did a separate check using the sales brochure and another independent site: onemap.sg to confirm the readings.

3. Fortunately, for this development, both the Flying Stars coincide exactly at 336 Degrees NW3 or 156 Degrees SE3.
