Part 1: Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio & Flying Star Feng Shui

1. A comparison was made with both the streetdirectory map of The Panorama and the sales brochure site plan.

2. The margin of difference was only 2 degrees to the right:

2.1. For example Block 18 & 20 shows 17 degrees in the streetdirectory map. While the actual sales brochure shows 15 degrees.

2.2. As N3 falls within 7.5 to 22.4 degrees; it is close to 99.9 percent certainly based on the maps that stacks such as 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39 &40 falls withinN3. Unless the developer's physical construction tilted the blocks so far from the above readings.

2.3. Nevertheless; always prudent to do an on-site readings no matter what to be 100 percent sure of the Flying Star readings.

Part 4: Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio & Flying Stars of stacks30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39 &40.

1. Stacks 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39 &40 falls withinflying star Period 8 N3 facing direction.

2. I have drawn up a sample illustration (from a previous worked example of a different development - HDB BTO flat).

3. The attached sample shows the variousFlying star significancein various sectors of the house.

4. For example: ifa bedroom is in either NW or East sector; there are"dangerous" stars #5 misfortune /sickness + #2 sickness starsin these two sectors. Thus, for example, best to avoid certain coloursbe it the interior of the rooms and eventhe lightings tone.

5. At South compass direction;normally for a N3 facing direction; the wealth star double #8's are often usually wasted at the Kitchen / Yard. Contrast this to a S3 facing house where such stars are fortunately atthe frontage.

6. Thus between a N3or S3 facing direction;S3 facing is preferred.

7. See attachment.
