1. The inherent nature of the arrangement blocks & stacks in this development and the close proximity of the neighbouring stacks can lead to potential sha qi or poison arrows.

2. For example: stack 545 has a sharp corner aimed towards stack 535. In addition, stack 519 has two potential poison arrows aimed towards stack 535.

3. Stack 533 has a potential poison arrow aimed towards stack 547. Stack 533 also has an additional poison arrow aimed towards stack 531.

4. Stack 519 also has three potential poison arrows aimed towards it: one from the corner of stack 541. While two more poison arrows from stack 521.

1. All stacks in this development are either N1 or S1 facing.

2. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position.

3. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1.

4. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study.

5. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed.

6. S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area.

7. It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies.

8. If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.
