This development has well spaced out "point-blocks" x4. 2. All stacks are either NE3 or SW3, SE3 or NW3 facing. 3. NE3 AND SW3 facing stacks: 3.1 NE3. As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage. 3.2 SW3. Shares quite similar characteristics as NE3. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE3. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight. 4. NW3 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 4.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. 4.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 4.3 SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. 4.4 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious.
