Feng Shui of HDB The Verandah @ Matilda / Punggol and Flying Star Feng Shui

1. The block / stack arrangement follows the typical style used commonly in the 2000s especially in older estates such as Punggol.

2. Where majority of the "inner" stacks look into the rectangular multi-storey car-park (MSCP) with a roof garden on top.

3. Overall, this is a safe design especially for stacks (looking inwards) that are higher than the roof-line of the MSCP.

4. The entire development only has flying stars of N3 or S3 facing.

4.1. N2 & S2. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

4.2. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

4.3. S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.
