Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 29, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 29, 2015 1. Part 1: Feng Shui of HDB Cheng San Court and external poison arrows from sharp corner of existing neighbouring blocks aimed towards... 2. Existing public housing Block 585 sharp corner is aimed towards Block 590B stack 29. 3. While existing public housing Block 584 also has a sharp corner aimed towards Block 590B stack 19. 4. Existing publich housing Block 588D has a poison arrow aimed towards Block 590A stack 11. 5. Please note that the sharp corner(s) mentioned above is subject to the HEIGHT of the neighbouring block. Thus the newer blocks that are higher than the existing block will not be affected by the various poison arrows. PS. In addition Block 591A stacks 37, 39, 41 and 43 is facing Jing Shan Primary School. Need to watch out the roof-line of the school aimed towards an opening of some of the storeys in these stacks. Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 29, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 29, 2015 1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Cheng San Court and Flying Star Feng Shui for 4 bedroom type:-2. N1 facing stacks = 37, 39, 41 & 43 and S1 facing stacks 35, 45 & 473. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position.3.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1.3.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study.3.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed.3.4 S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area.3.5 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 3.6 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.4, N3 facing stacks = 11, 13, 15, 27, 29 & 31. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.4.1 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.4.2 Please?take note that there are no S2 facing 4 bedroom type units in this development. Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 7, 2017 Author Staff Share Posted October 7, 2017 Just T.O.P. Cheng San Court has a mixture of larger flats and elderly units often starts with a prefix “Golden” in specialised blocks elsewhere. These flats have only a 30 year lease period as compared to the larger 4 or 5 bedroom units. The larger flats have a default 99 year lease. All these flats have several emergency pull strings linked to this alarm panel. Such flats have such a button in the master bedroom, the living room and toilet. When the emergency panel alarm goes off, it has a display screen showing the unit requiring emergency help.... These units also have a handle bar along the corridor leading towards such a unit’s main entrance.
