1. Part 1: Andrew Residences @ Potong Pasir and confirming the North marking on the Sales Brochure with streetdirectory map.

2. In the past; on several occasions, the North marking on the Sales brochure was not accurate. And could not be relied upon.

3. I checked the compass reading of the Sales Brochure with the streetdirectory.com and both yield exact compass reading of "15 degrees" based on the fencing beside the MRT station.

Part 2: Andrew Residences @ Potong Pasir and Flying Star Feng Shui of all blocks/stacks in the development:-

1. N3 with facing stacks = #01 & #04 andS3 with stacks =#02, & #03 and with Block 10 either N3 or S3 facing. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N3 facing vs a S3 facing chart.

1.1 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S3 chart.

1.2 S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

2. NW2 with facing stacks = #05, #06, #07, #11 and SE2 with stacks = #12 & #13. NW2 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

2.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

2.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

2.3 SE 2 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

2.4 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

2.5 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.

3. Block 12 has either NE1 & SW1 facingdirections. NE1 has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.

3.2 SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

4.NE2 with facing stacks = #09 &10. And SW2 with facing stacks = #08 .

4.1 NE2. As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage.

4.2 SW2. Shares quite similar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

Note: It is good to do a confirm reading once the development TOP.
