Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 4, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 4, 2015 1. Part 1: Feng Shui of Principal Garden Condo and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. All four blocks in this development are either N1 or S1 facing. 3. N1 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 4. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 5. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 6. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 7. S1 The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 8. It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 9. If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 4, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 4, 2015 Part 2: Principal Garden @ Prince Charles Cresent and advantage of "point-block" flats x 4 The uniform 4 "Point-blocks" offer excellent qi flow around them yearly. And "point-blocks" are considered safe designs. Expected T.O.P. is 31 December 2022. Thus this development falls under Flying Stars Period 8. Although this is the last two end years of Period 8 Feng Shui. Quote On 11/4/2015 7:04:28 AM, Anonymous wrote: 1. Part 1: Feng Shui of Principal Garden Condo and Flying Star Feng Shui2. Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 5, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted June 5, 2018 Part 7: Water classics and Principal Garden In general, the canal flow which is parallel with Principal Garden site is acceptable. This is not Feng Shui. But often, there is a higher chance of termites (infestations) in the lifetime of the development. As the soil beside such canals can often be damp. And this is good for termites.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 5, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted June 5, 2018 Part 8: Under symbolism in Feng Shui, it is inauspicious for the stove to share the same wall as the WC / sewerage piping Type D where the stove and WC exactly shares the same wall. Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 3, 2019 Author Staff Share Posted March 3, 2019 Pool steps .. navy blue tiles, not perfect. But can live with it. Given that the pool tiles are of lighter blue colours. Green algae if any is easier to spot... Unlike the dark greenish pool tiles used especially at The Topiary and more.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 3, 2019 Author Staff Share Posted March 3, 2019 A nice stroll around the development.. Using the wired call system. One thing I don't like the FERMAX was the "scary" sound it makes when a call comes in. Seems like FERMAX nowadays updated to the digital version with a combo HID card access module incorporated into the system. More: Blocks are on "stilts" similar to The Foresque at Choa Chu Kang. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 10, 2019 Author Staff Share Posted August 10, 2019 We can use some formulas to look at it. Especially to see the flow direction of the longkang. Anyway, what is so bad about Singapore’s longkang might I add? Or unless one is say a Malaysian. And visualise the longkangs in K.L.? LOL These are some of the many techniques used ..to determine the flow of the longkang water. By the way, so Long as the longkang is not covered, it has to be examined ... under Feng Shui ... good or bad...
myfs_139255
If apply the above rule to Principal Gardens, looks like the longkang is flowing in the wrong direction, as the building is facing North, where the main entrance is. Am I right ? Does to same formula apply to clean SG river ?

Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 26, 2023 Author Staff Share Posted July 26, 2023 Feng Shui suffers a bad reputation, today. Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES! On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away!
