Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 26, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 26, 2015 1. Tre Residences Condo and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. This development has stacks that either face Flying Stars N2 or S2 directions. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.1 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3.2 The best stacks in this development are those that face 03, 04, 05, 12, 13, 14 directions facing the pool (pool view). 4. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 4.1. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 4.2. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4.3 Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred. Haha, in my humble opinion: Small = 99 units or less, Medium = 100 - 499 units, Large = 500 units or more. Looking at the Site Plan, looks like the Bin Centre will be built next to the Substation too. Understand that Substation and Bin Centre are not ideal in terms of Radiation and Smells. Any other concerns in terms of Feng Shui? If interested on Stack 10, above how many floors will be better? Would Stacks 9, 16 & 15 be affected by Substation too? There is no scientific proof that magnetic fields especially generated by sub-stations are harmful. It is not like gamma rays from the sun or radiation: which are. Take for instance the MRI scanners in hospital. These are huge magnets that are used to scan slices of just anything that is not solid. Thus, it can scan flesh (human or otherwise) and even bone structures. Common sense: living next to or in full view of a bin centre: In Singapore, frankly, rubbish is cleared almost daily other than the unexpected .. but due to our humidity.. and how rubbish is thrown by residents (unbagged) or those durian skins etc... does smell... wind currents plays a part. And how high the unit is.
